Larger groups benefit significantly from reduced per-person costs as the fixed costs (private vehicle, dedicated guide, logistics coordination) are distributed across more participants. Customizing Your Private Kailash Tour

Date selection: Within the May-September operating season, private groups can select their preferred departure date subject to permit processing timelines (minimum 6-8 weeks for Tibet permits). We recommend selecting dates that align with personally significant full moon dates or auspicious Hindu calendar days.

Pandit selection: For Hindu pilgrim groups, Getaway Nepal Adventure can arrange for a Nepali pandit (priest) to accompany the group throughout the tour to conduct all pujas, the Mansarovar hawan, and Kailash Kora rituals. We work with pandits from different traditions (Shaivite, Vaishnava, various regional sampradayas) and match the pandit to the group's own tradition where possible. Dietary specifications: Standard vegetarian meals are provided throughout the tour. Private groups with specific dietary requirements (Jain strict veg, particular regional cuisines, specific fasting protocols during the pilgrimage) can have these accommodated with advance notice.
