While we’re listening, we’re constantly thinking of ways we can enhance the experience for you. We can’t help it: we’re travel-obsessed and we’ve been to every destination we sell. That means we can come up with a range of suggestions based on what we’ve learned by listening – from destinations we think you’d love, to tours that tick off the places on your wish-list, and holiday types that’ll suit you down to the ground.
3. We personalise
We don’t do one-size-fits-all. Every holiday we sell is tailored to the individual jetting off on it, so this is when we start personalising your trip. You tell us which holiday suggestions you like and which places have piqued your interest, and we’ll pull out individual hotel suggestions to suit. Plus, we’ll cherry-pick potential activities and tours to help you get even more from your break, because we look at holidays as experiences, and we want this to be one you’ll never forget.
4. We customise
Once you’re happy you’ve got the holiday of your dreams, we take care of the rest – so you can simply relax and enjoy it.
