Seti River Rafting Day Trip from Pokhara - Best Beginner Rafting in Nepal

The Seti River rises from springs near Pokhara and flows south through a scenic valley before joining the Trishuli system. Because it originates from springs rather than directly from glacial melt, it is notably warmer than most Nepal rafting rivers, which matters when you're in the water. The rapids are Class II to III, making this the most beginner-friendly rafting day trip in the Pokhara area, and well-suited to families with children.

The trip is a full day from Pokhara: hotel pick-up, short drive to the put-in, 2 to 3 hours on the river including the rapids sections and calm stretches, riverside lunch, and return transfer to Lakeside. All equipment is provided, including helmet, life jacket, and paddle. For more intense rafting, see our Trishuli River rafting day trip, or our full Nepal rafting guide.
