The first morning sets the tone for everything that follows — and it sets it at altitude. Your helicopter lifts off from Pokhara in the early light and within minutes the city below is a toy version of itself, the lake a pale mirror catching the dawn, and then the mountains are simply everywhere — not in the distance where mountains usually behave themselves but right there, filling every window, close enough that the snow textures on Annapurna's upper faces are visible in extraordinary detail. Landing at Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 metres and stepping out into that thin, cold, utterly silent air — surrounded on all sides by an amphitheatre of peaks that climbers spend years preparing to approach — produces a particular kind of full-body stillness that has nothing to do with calm and everything to do with being genuinely overwhelmed by scale. And then, because Pokhara has a sense of humour about these things, you are back at the hotel for breakfast, and by late morning you are strapped into a paragliding harness on Sarangkot ridge running toward a cliff edge with a trained pilot behind you — the ground dropping away, the thermal lifting you both upward, Phewa Lake spreading below in colours that no photograph has ever quite captured honestly, the wind loud in your ears and your face doing something involuntary that takes a few seconds to identify as a grin that will not stop. The afternoon drives that feeling further still to Kushma, where a bungee platform hangs above one of Nepal's deepest river gorges and the moment between standing on the edge and not standing on the edge is the longest and most electrically alive three seconds most people will experience in a year.

Day two is the exhale after all of that, and it is every bit as carefully considered as the day before. Sarangkot at sunrise again — but this time without the helicopter waiting and without the paragliding harness to come, just the mountains doing their gold-to-white sequence in the morning quiet and a cup of tea warming both hands while your nervous system quietly recalibrates. After breakfast, the drive to Begnas Lake Resort takes you to the calmer, less visited eastern edge of the Pokhara valley where the water is a deeper green and the hills around it have not yet learned to be busy. The Sound Healing session that waits there is not the vague, ambient experience the name might suggest — it is an hour of Tibetan singing bowls placed on and around your body, their vibrations moving through muscle and bone in a way that is genuinely strange and genuinely effective, your mind going quiet in stages the way a busy room empties, one thought at a time until the silence is complete. The full-body massage that follows works on muscles that the bungee cord and the paragliding harness and the altitude of yesterday asked a great deal from, and by the time it is finished the afternoon boat ride on Phewa Lake — drifting slowly across the water, the mountains above the northern treeline, the sound of the oars and nothing else — feels less like a scheduled activity and more like the natural resting place at the end of two days that gave you everything you came for and then quietly gave you a little more.

    DAY 1: Full Throttle

  • 5:00 AM — Hotel Pick-Up and Transfer to Helipad
Your guide collects you before sunrise and transfers you to the Pokhara helipad. The city is still dark, the mountains barely visible on the horizon. That changes quickly.

  • 5:30 AM — Helicopter Flight to Annapurna Base Camp
The helicopter lifts into the early morning light and within minutes the entire Annapurna range fills every window. The flight lands at Annapurna Base Camp at 4,130 metres — a 360-degree amphitheatre of snow and rock and silence that no photograph prepares you for. Step out, breathe the thin cold air, and take a moment that will take considerably longer than a moment to fully process. Flight duration approximately 1.5 hours return.

  • 7:30 AM — Return to Hotel, Breakfast
Back in Pokhara in time for a full breakfast at the hotel. The mountains are still visible above the rooftops. The day has barely started.

  • 9:30 AM — Drive to Sarangkot, Paragliding
Transfer to Sarangkot ridge where your certified paragliding pilot is already reading the thermals. The run toward the cliff edge lasts about four steps before the ground simply disappears and the thermal takes you both upward above Phewa Lake. Twenty to thirty minutes of flight over the valley, the lake below in colours that shift with the angle of the morning light, the Annapurna range at eye level rather than overhead. Landing on the lakeside beach, still grinning.

  • 12:30 PM — Lunch at Leisure, Lakeside
A relaxed lunch break at one of the lakeside restaurants before the afternoon push west.

  • 2:00 PM — Drive to Kushma, Bungee Jump
The drive to Kushma takes approximately 1.5 hours through the winding Kaski and Parbat hill roads. The Kushma bungee platform hangs above one of Nepal's deepest river gorges — 228 metres of freefall over the Modi Khola river, the longest bungee jump in Nepal and one of the highest in Asia. The three seconds between the edge and the end of the fall are, by reliable consensus, the longest three seconds in most people's recent memory. Return transfer to Pokhara hotel by early evening.

  • Evening — Rest at Hotel

Dinner at your own leisure. The body has earned it.

    DAY 2: Full Stillness

  • 5:30 AM — Sunrise at Sarangkot
A different experience from yesterday's helicopter dawn — quieter, slower, and no less extraordinary. The Annapurna range does its gold-to-white sequence in the morning light while the lake below reflects the whole performance. Tea in hand, no schedule pressing, nothing required of you except to watch.

  • 7:30 AM — Return to Hotel, Breakfast
Back to the hotel for a full breakfast and a morning that does not ask you to run toward anything.

  • 9:30 AM — Drive to Begnas Lake Resort
A 30-minute drive east takes you to Begnas Lake — the quieter, greener, less-visited sister lake of Phewa, tucked between wooded hills on the eastern edge of the valley. The resort sits directly on the water with the hills reflected in the surface and a stillness that the Pokhara lakeside rarely achieves.

  • 10:00 AM — Sound Healing Session (1 hour)
A Tibetan singing bowl practitioner places bowls on and around your body and begins. The vibrations move through muscle and bone in a way that is more physical than it sounds — each bowl producing a sustained resonance that the body absorbs rather than merely hears. The mind goes quiet in stages. By the end of the hour the silence feels earned rather than imposed.

  • 11:15 AM — Full Body Massage (1 hour)
A full-body therapeutic massage follows directly, working through everything the helicopter, the harness, the bungee cord, and the altitude asked of your body over the previous 24 hours. Muscles you forgot you had remember they exist and then gratefully let go.

  • 1:00 PM — Lunch at Begnas Lake Resort
A relaxed lakeside lunch with the green water visible from the table and no particular reason to rush.

  • 2:30 PM — Afternoon Boating on Phewa Lake
Return to Pokhara for a final hour on the water. A quiet boat on Phewa Lake in the afternoon — the oars moving slowly, the mountains above the northern treeline, the city going about its business on the shore. No agenda, no next stop. Just the lake doing what it does in the late afternoon light, which is considerable.

  • 4:00 PM — End of Package
Transfer back to your hotel. Two days, two completely different registers of experience, one city that somehow contained all of it comfortably.
